Progress is what we need here in our country. We, Pilipinos are found of being creative......... We create new things, for us to be progressive.... But what is the best way to make our country progressive. And as a student like me, how can I help the country to be progressive?????
Making our country progressive is nit that easy and not that hard........ We can do more things for our country more progressive. The best way for our country is science.

Here in our country, Philippines, we have different dialects. Some of these are Ilocano, language of Muslim, and the dialect of the Visayas........... But the best known dialect here in Philippines is Tagalog.
Tagalog: The most important dialect in Philippines. Through this we can talk, understand each other.... And most of all we are using this language for us to be one......
UNITY is what we need.......
Love your dialect..... Love your country.... Love your own TAGALOG LANGUAGE............

"My Discoveries"

1st Grading, come to an end. In a short time I learn many things about Blog. I discover that I can manage to hold a computer by my self. Because before to be able to hold a computer or to be able to go to a computer shop my sister should be with me. But now, I can go to a computer shop by my self. I also learn how to create a blog, post a blog, edit it, and many more.......
Thanks to my pretty teacher Mrs. Vera Cruz. I lean many things. But still there are problems I have encountered during the 1st Grading, like how to open a blog, how to create, how to edit, how to post, and many more..... But as I said, on a short while I learn a lot about blogging.

But all those challenges I have encountered still i have a smile on my face.

Moving on.... I will always apply what have i learn.

"Knowing How Important Speaking Is"

Speaking English is good. When you speak English your actually enriching your vocabulary. We known that English language is the universal language. Through English language we can talk to foreigners, it connect us ...So that we can understand each other through this language.

Here in Philippines, "Tagalog" is our national language. We are using this language to communicate, understand and talk to each Pilipinos. We have different languages here in Philippines like Ilocano, language of vizayas, and Muslim language and many more. But the best known language is "TAGALOG".

Speaking in Tagalog or English have in common: same in porpuse and same in use, speak Tagalog or English to enrich your vocabulary.

This July were celebrating the Nutrition Month.Here in ISNHS we will celebrate it by eating nutritous food.We also have some activities to do.Some of this are the cook fest,food fest and many more.
Eating nutritious food can help us be healthy.Proper diet help can helps us too.And to avoid diseases we should eat vegetables ,fruits and drink lot of water,atleast 8 or more.We should also have a rest and take in vitamins.
Most of the causes of diseases are the people around us or I should say "we" , we people in the world. If we are destroying our environment we also destroying our health.
Proper Nutrition is VERY IMPORTANT . Stay healty and clean to avoid diseases . And eat nutritious food everyday...(:
